i have an old ford engine with b9me601bc stamped on side block does anyone know what it is?

I have an old believe to be 1960's ford v8 with B9ME601BC stamped on right side of block and 44 stamped up higher. It has a oil filler tube in front on right side for adding oil and like a fuel pump cover plate in front by dist. The valve covers are long yet short in tallness.and are solid with no openings,it has a round black can for like a power st. pump and is not a 292 for shore.Not shure if a 462,430,427,410 what!

How many bolts in the valve cover, 5 would be a 352, but could be a 332 FE..fuel pump is drivers side, down low, front...intake goes under the valve cover and is part of the head..

if that number means 59 Mercury, then it's not a 462,427, or 410, that only leaves the 383 and 430..those are MEL's and the fuel pump would be top front center..
